Patch Testing

Patch Testing must be performed 24-48hours prior to your appointment.

you will need a patch test if:
-your a new client having any hair colour service where the tint is in contact with the scalp
-your a new client having any beauty treatment which involves any dye or tint
- its been 6 months since last service 
you've had a change in your medical history
-there's been a change in any product we have been using
- your pregnant or gone threw the menopause
a patch test is A QUICK AND SIMPLE WAY OF MAKING SURE THERE IS NO REACTION FROM THE PRODUCT USED.
A SMALL AMOUNT OF PRODUCT WILL BE APPLIED BEHIND THE EAR OR INSIDE THE ELBOW WHERE THE SKIN IS MORE FRAGILE BUT NOT OVERALLY VISABLE TO  CHECK THERES NO NEGATIVE REACTION. 
THIS NEEDS TO STAY ON THE SKIN FOR ATLEAST 24HOURS AS IT CAN TAKE TIME FOR A PATCH TEST TO RESULT IN ANY KIND OF REACTION.
FAILURE TO HAVE A PATCH TEST 24-48HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINMENT WILL RESULT IN THE COLOURING SERVICE NOT BEING ABLE TO GO AHEAD.
