Here at perfected hair and beauty studio we take privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose than providing the best possible service for our clients. At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself.

We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. This is details you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We may store information regarding your colour or treatment information. Depending on the particular service(s) we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.

You will receive confirmation email and SMS, also a reminder email and SMS prior to your appointment, if you wish to opt out please contact us.
We may from time to time send out email and SMS for offers and updates, if you wish to opt out please contact us.

All personal details booked onto our online booking is all safe and secure, we have no access to your bank details provided via Fresha online.
All information you provide to Fresha online is securely stored. Fresha's website uses secure end-to-end encryption to protect your information. All connections into Fresha's platform is secured using industry standard security and encryption.
All data that Fresha captures is stored in a secured databases and data storage systems with strict access limitations. All data access requests are logged and monitored in accordance with any threat detection policies.

Online booking-
When booking online, you will book via Fresha online, you will need to secure your bank details to confirm your appointment, no upfront payment will be taken, unless stated. Payment is taken after service is carried out.
You can cancel or rearrange your appointment for free up to 48hours before, if cancelled or changed after this you will be charged 50% of your service cost. If you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service cost.
Any appointments NOT confirmed can be cancelled at any time.

Complaints-

If something did not go the way you hoped and you need to make a complaint we will do the best we can to resolve the problem as quickly as we can,

All complaints must be summited within 48 hours of your service.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we will do what we can to make any necessary changes, if you turn down 2 appointments offered then unfortunately your offer will no longer be valid.
